This page explains how MLArts, LLC handles information about children under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our approach

Our games and website are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If we learn a child's data was collected

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Parents and guardians

You may ask us to review, delete, or stop collecting your child's information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also limit tracking on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and use Screen Time to restrict purchases and in-app content.
