MLArts, LLC ("MLArts", "we", "us") makes mobile games, including Foxy Arena, Foxy Rush, Rocketty, Spaceship Runner 2D, Dashing Princess and Glowbreakers. This policy explains what information our games and this website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in San Francisco, CA.
Information we collect
- Device and usage data: device model, OS version, language, advertising identifier (IDFA, where you allow it), game progress, and in-game events.
- Purchase information: processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of a purchase, never your payment details.
- Contact information: your email address and message if you write to us.
- Website data: basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To run, maintain, and improve our games.
- To provide support and respond to requests.
- To show advertising and measure its performance, where our games include ads.
- To prevent fraud and comply with the law.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us operate our games (analytics, advertising, crash reporting, hosting), and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising can count as a "sale" or "share" under certain state laws; see our California Privacy Rights page.
Your choices
- On iOS you can allow or deny tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 unless stated otherwise. See our Children's Privacy page.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
